Spring Karin Tag.

I just love this stamp. Karin is from the artists  Daniel Torrente and Jill Penney.
They have their art in stamps in Stampotique Originals. I just love the corky designs  and have them displayed in various ways , that I like to express my heart with.

Spring has already pass, but I wanted to display 2 versions of this tag. One I gave to my Mom for Mothers Day and the other I made for myself , since I loved how it came out so well, You be judge of that.

I am entering in a Designer challenge back in Stampotique Originals with this last tag. Hope to inpire other people in coming up with new spring designs.

All the humming birds, dragonflies, ladybug, butterflies and bumble bee are from Cherry Lynn Design dies. The vine and the flower bloom in the back, are from Memory Box dies and the mushrooms are mine. I sculpted my own mushrooms from polymer clay , bake it then made a mold out of them. I made paper clay mushrooms from the mold, because the paper clay is lightweight and won't weigh down the tag.

The bright colors in the background are Dylusion inks and Distress paint from Tim Holtz and Ranger. Also I used distress embossing powder in create the ground that is filled with mushrooms and moss.
The moss I used Liquid Applique' from Marvy Uchida, and Viva Decor Pearl Pen for the color dots on the mushrooms.

This tag looks more like a miniature diorama because of all the dimension that it displays. I love how this tag came out and I am keeping this one.
